By signing up for our membership you are agreeing to pay the amount listed above per month for the minimum commitment listed above via automatic payment on a credit card or withdrawal from a bank account. You are also agreeing to the following terms:

- E-Mail: We require an active and valid e-mail address for all members. You will receive an e-receipt for your monthly charges, if your credit card has issues, and a reminder when your membership suspensions are due to end.
- Commitment: After the minimum commitment is reached, this membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless notice is in person or via e-mail stating otherwise. You can tell us right now if need be.
- Cancellation: Memberships can be ended any time after the initial commitment is reached by e-mailing us or letting us know in person at the front desk. We require 14 days’ notice for all cancellations or your cancellation may not take effect until after your next billing cycle. We will not offer refunds on memberships, no ifs, ands, or buts about it, so please be sure to keep our cancellation policy in mind and let us know when you need it to end with enough notice. It’s up to you to be pro-active and respectful of our small business in this regard. We cannot be held responsible for your lack of communication and want to ensure you have nothing but positive interactions at our studio. These guidelines are intended to help make this possible.
- Sharing: No sharing of memberships.
- Freezing / Suspensions: All memberships can be frozen once per year to allow for vacations/travel for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 3 months. Your payment and expiration dates will shift by the number of days of your freeze. To freeze more than once per year we charge a $20 administrative fee. Please send us an e-mail at least 14 days in advance or fill out our membership freeze form at the front desk.
