Regional measurement and privacy choices
For visitors identified as being in the United States, we use Google Analytics to measure public marketing-page visits unless you opt out. This measurement uses pseudonymous browser identifiers and records page views, approved campaign tags and website interactions. It is not an identification of a named person. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled for this measurement.
We do not apply this US default when your browser sends Global Privacy Control, when you have already declined Statistics, or when your location cannot be determined. Elsewhere, Google Analytics waits for Statistics consent. Advertising, social-media tracking, session replay and detailed first-party visitor journeys require an affirmative optional-tracking choice. This regional rule does not apply to customer accounts, signup submissions or waiver contents.
You can decline optional tracking using the Do not sell or share my personal information link in the footer. Use Manage cookies or the privacy button to review or change your choices. Global Privacy Control is a browser-level privacy preference; it is different from the older Do Not Track signal.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or other internet connected device in order to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information. What type of cookies does WaiverKing use?
Cookies can either be session cookies or persistent cookies. A session cookie expires automatically when you close your browser. A persistent cookie will remain until it expires or you delete your cookies. Expiration dates are set in the cookies themselves; some may expire after a few minutes while others may expire after multiple years. Cookies placed by the website you’re visiting are called “first party cookies".

Strictly Necessary cookies are necessary for our website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. Statistics cookies help us understand visits and website interactions using pseudonymous browser identifiers. This does not identify a named person, but the data is not necessarily anonymous. The regional measurement and privacy choices above explain when this tracking is enabled.
Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user and thereby more valuable for publishers and third party advertisers.
Contact form spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile processes browser and device signals for verification. Our contact widget does not use pre-clearance to set a cf_clearance cookie. Its verification token is not a cookie: it is single-use and expires after five minutes. The contact form also uses session storage named waiverking-contact-intake-id to keep the same enquiry reference when you retry a failed submission. This is not a cookie and is cleared after a successful submission or when the browser tab session ends.
How you can manage cookies?
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their 'settings' preferences. However, if you limit the ability of websites to set cookies, you may worsen your overall user experience, since it will no longer be personalized to you.
